I started in real estate in July 1996 and leased properties for friends and clients. The need for a property management company really grew from that experience. There are several management companies in the area but they are typically only managing properties they own themselves. In 2003 Krenzer Property Management was born. By word of mouth, advertising in the Citizen Tribune, and referrals from friends and realtors, it continues to grow and grow. This year I’ve embraced technology and developed this awesome web site which would make it easy for prospective tenants to view the properties, obtain rental applications and information about our company, and also, streamline the accounting and tax information for our owners/clients.
In addition to the property management business I have a residential/commercial real estate business and year-in and year-out I stay in the top 3 realtors in the number one real estate company in the Lakeway Area, RE/MAX Real Estate Ten.
Before I started in real estate I managed pharmaceutical services for several area nursing home facilities - I have a B.S. Pharmacy from the University of Pittsburgh and a M.B.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo. My real estate credentials include: Graduate, Real Estate Institute, Accredited Buyer's Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, and I am currently working on my Certified Commercial Investment Manager designation.
I have worked with Rhonda and Krenzer Property Management since May 2006. I collect rent, attend to maintenance requests, pay owners, show vacancies, and search for prospective tenants. I am always looking for new rental properties to add to our inventory. I take a lot of pride in my work and enjoy working with Rhonda.
I have an active Tennessee real estate license which I earned in December 2005. This allows me to perform all the tasks I need to do to efficiently and legally manage properties. I spend most of my time working with owners and tenants, but I do occasionally have the chance to represent buyers/sellers in real estate transactions. Every day brings me new and interesting learning experiences. I plan to stay in the real estate field and expand my credentials as time permits.
Although I studied English Literature at Ball State University and the University of Georgia, I earned my bachelors degree in General Studies from Northwestern State University
of Natchitoches, Louisiana.
