What Sets Us Apart
In 2003, Rhonda Krenzer began and established Krenzer Property Management because she saw a need for quality property management services in the East Tennessee area. As an established real estate agent, Rhonda noticed that many investors needed someone to manage their properties, and many clients needed housing. Although the business started-out rather small with only a few properties it has grown to a business with over 90 apartments, duplexes, condos, and single family homes. Rhonda hired a full-time property manager to administer the business in 2005 and this has allowed her to further expand her services and management options. Unlike other management companies, Rhonda and her assistant, Sara Hall, are both Tennessee Licensed REALTORS®. And although many people do not know this: it is illegal to show any property for sale or lease if you do not personally own the property or have an active real estate license.
Even though the business is constantly growing, Rhonda and Sara tend to develop strong, personal relationships with owners and tenants. Property management can be, and frequently is, a difficult and time consuming venture. The rental business is overwhelmed with tenants moving in the middle of the night, people destroying property, vacancies, months of unpaid rent, or even worse. At Krenzer Property Management we know these risks and we have the experience to handle each situation with grace, patience, knowledge, and determination. We understand that the properties we manage for our owners are not only financially important, but frequently hold sentimental importance. We know that your property is not only a "house" but is also a "home," and it is the responsibility of Krenzer Property Management to take care of that home with diligence, responsibility, and care.
What truly sets Krenzer Property Management apart from other property management companies is that we try as hard as we can to care for your property as though it was our own. We strive to find good tenants, quickly take care of maintenance issues, collect rent in a timely manner, and attend to problems or issues with a high level of professionalism and responsibility.
